Refund Policy

We at Best IPTV Service are here to answer all your questions and provide you FREE TEST lines for our services and packages before you make any purchase with us.

If you have any before sales, after-sales, or technical queries, please feel free to contact us and we will answer all your queries. We want all our customers to be happy with their subscription.

If, however, you are not satisfied with your package please let us know and we can definitely look into it for you and try to fix the problem for you.

Can I get a Refund after I make an order on the website?

Once the order is made on the system and your card was charged, we cannot do any Refunds as this is a service-based product and we strictly have a no refund policy in place.

If you cannot do Refunds Can you Provide a Store Credit or Service Transfer? 

Please email us at [email protected] with your existing order number or invoice number and we will be happy to assist you with the service transfer or store credit.


IMPORTANT NOTE:  MasterCard and VISA are accepted.

1. The charge will show up under a different company name on your bank statement. This can be confusing, please contact us if you don’t recognize a charge before calling your bank for dispute.
2. The Credit Card processing bank is based in an Overseas country and the charge will differ slightly from the order total on your bank statement due to fluctuations in forex rates.  In few case this could differ upto 5%.
3. If your card is not going through you may need to call your bank to activate cross-border transaction permission on your card. This will take about 5 minutes.
